James Woo is the Marketing Manager for Park Billing Company Inc. and Park Utilities Inc. Both are national companies providing utility billing, meter reading services, and gas/water system services such as: system mapping, annual leak surveys, leak detection, maintenance, and emergency repair, to the manufactured home industry.
